I would like to thank Chris Fairchild and Juliet Whitmore for their efficient and friendly service. Their experience and care showed, I now drive the car I wanted, within the budget I had in mind and am glad to say the whole process was painless. Many thanks and all the best! Will definitely recommend.
My truck back has now had the top installed. I can honestly say it's now my favourite car I've owned (over my RS5)
And I can't thank you enough for your hard and consistent service you've offered me. Please don't change your ways. You're a great company to deal with. Hats off to Will for battling hard for my custom. I wasn't an easy client.
Will be in touch in the next month for another truck and van

Will kept my details on file and contacted me as soon as a deal became available on a car closest to my specification. After that, the whole process was pain free.
I have used First Vehicle Finance a few times now, I would never go anywhere else. They are extremely professional, understand customer needs and very competitive in price. David has been fantastic as always and always follows up on after sales care. I would highly recommend them.
Had a great experience with First Vehicle Finance. I wasn’t really sure what I wanted in terms of payment options, all I knew was that I wanted a new car! This was my first experience in financing a car, so obviously a bit apprehensive about what I was getting myself into. But Will was really helpful in explaining the different finance options they have to offer. I learned of the different payment profiles, monthly instalments, leasing contracts, all down to the nitty gritty. After this, I decided to go with FVF. The process was really easy, straightforward, and if I had question, they were more than happy to help, and quickly. Then I learned they deliver your car free of charge! Which saved me arranging a ride to the garage to collect :) All in all, great service and would recommend to family and friends.
First Vehicle Finance Ltd and Richard couldn't have been more helpful. My wife had a very specific car in mind and a set monthly budget and Richard took a great deal of time in helping to explain all of the finance options, helping every step of the way in making sure we got our perfect car and under budget! The process was made very easy and the service was fantastic to the extent that I am now looking to finance a car for myself with First Vehicle! Highly recommend!
First Vehicle Finance Ltd and David Linsdell (our Account Manager) have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. We needed a new pool car for our business and selected a Smart car. We received 3 quotes from lease hire companies (2 were on our network preferred supplier list) and First Vehicle had the best quote; significantly cheaper monthly costs, more choice of model and the best delivery date. The whole process has been efficient and extremely professional and we have been very impressed with the personal attention to detail displayed by David and First Vehicle. I would sincerely recommend them as the Vehicle Lease company of choice, and have urged our franchise network to adopt them as a preferred supplier.

We needed a new family car quickly! Knowing we would need a new one in 2 years time we decided to lease one! First Vehicle finance was recommended to us by a friend and the recommendation was spot on! What amazing service and we got our new Audi Q5 at an even higher spec than we expected! Awesome !
The car arrived today and I just want to say 'thank you' for your work and your support in getting it to me ready for my move on Saturday. You made it very easy for me and gave me confidence throughout that it was all under control.
I really appreciate you doing all of this and wish you a great Easter weekend.
All the very best
Good Morning Chris
Just reporting back on my new company car I recieved from you yesterday. Very impressed on the model and spec of the car, what is also incredible is that its a bigger engine than my previouse model yet it has a lower emission output. This is good from a tax point but also better for the enviroment. The MPG is also better so that will result in operating cost for the company being lower. I have to say that when my old car was collected it was a bit sad as it had given me 3 years of trouble free motoring.I had not even had to change one single light bulb on the car during that time.Look forward to the next three years of motoring with my new car. Thanks again for all the help with giving me and my colleques all the P11D information for us to send to the HMRC office regarding personal taxation liability and the delivery was right on the day specified.
Car arrived before time and is completely as expected, with no disappointments.
Thanks for your help, which in the time frame, went beyond exemplary. The service given was first class and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone.
First class service received from David and the Team at First Vehicle Finance. You have made the process of arranging our lease plan so straight forward and easy to understand. Thank you so much for all your help. We are delighted with our new car. Kind Regards Dermot Kavanagh
I Received my Volvo V40 R Design today and could not be happier. The car has more than met my expectations, but just as important the service from you has been impeccable throughout. From the initial very competitive quote, all the way through to the delivery today was a pleasure that I could not fault in any way. Keep up the exceptional work, Thanks a lot.
David - a quick note to thank you for sorting out the X3.
The car arrived at 9:10 this morning, and Bernard Rooney followed up with a call to see if everything was ok.
I did not expect this level of service as we had not bought from you before, and I'm delighted.
Thanks for all your help over the months on sorting out the finance and spec on my X3 and June and John's X1.
Many companies spout about excellent customer service but few deliver like your company has.
Thanks again, Giles
The best 5 SUV's on the market according to boot space and comfort and style
To start off the list is the mammoth Audi Q7, a jack of all trades when it comes to all the desired features of what makes a good SUV. With it’s very flexible layout of seven seats, it manages to fit in a fairly generous amount of head and legroom throughout, while being smaller than its previous models. In addition, it’s heated front seats are at the summit with the giants of luxury with their state of the art sports design it's clear to see that the Audi Q7 isn’t just for show. It handles comfortably on the road and even more so when you kick in the optional air suspension and the four wheel drive for slow moving manoeuvres. These two factors paired together make it an extremely fun car to ride in both off and on the road. The sleek yet bold appearance of the Audi Q7 is consistent throughout, It’s luring curvaceous exterior possesses the tasteful Audi style body work, and it is only emphasised when looking at the interior of the car. It is luxuriously-finished with Nappa and Alcantara leather. The boot capacity is where the Audi Q7 really shows that it is only a jack of all trades but a master of none, with all seats in place it offers a minimal 295 litres of boot space. But not to worry, as the capacity sky rockets to a thoroughly usable 770 litres when the third row seats are folded, and it reaches an even further 1,185 litres making it a very dynamic vehicle in terms of boot space.

Jeep Grand Cherokee
This car is definitely brand worthy but it boasts some features that really make a very sought after vehicle in the world of 4x4’s, even more so than Jeep’s trademark off roader style SUV’s. Although it is only a five seater, it really reaches the pinnacle of comfort when attending to all five potential passengers. Offering easily available options for packing out the interior with some serious tech, such as optional six to nineteen loudspeaker systems and dual-screen entertainment system for the backseat passengers, guaranteeing a comfortable ride for all passengers. The Grand Cherokee also offers a lot more than it’s rivals on the market when it comes to how good it handles when off road. With it’s three, four-wheel drive setup options it really holds Jeep’s reputation for off road grit. The interior and exterior contrast when it comes to style. The Grand Cherokee’s strong forceful exterior stays brand worthy while still incorporating some very likeable modern features in the bodywork making it far from an eye sore. Whatever you say about the Grand Cherokee, it is undeniable that whatever it lacks in certain aspects it makes up for in practicality. With it’s very generous 782 litres of boot space when all seats are in place, accompanied with some under floor storage space for valuable and loose items, it proves to be a very spacious and extremely practical vehicle.

The sporty agile like structure of the Porsche Cayenne makes it an extremely stylish vehicle to own, but how practical is it? It’s very hard job to achieve comfort while still staying true to the overall sporty feel of a vehicle, but the Cayenne is one of very few exceptions. Although it may exhibit some of the boxiness of a standard SUV it still generously accommodates five people with the front and back seats both reclinable, it has some admirable features to offer. When it comes to style then look no further! The Porsche Cayenne is unmatched in style, as it displays similar features in its lustrous bodywork to that of the Porsche 911, making it this mix-match of both sports car and SUV. But it isn’t only for show, with a combo of 562bhp and optional air suspension, it makes the Cayenne a very lively yet relaxing car to drive. The boot space offers a respectable 670 litres which makes it a very ideal car to own, as there aren’t many cars around that gives off the impression of being a sporty road car, but still holds all the great qualities of an SUV.

The penultimate car on our list is the Mercedes GLE. A severe upgrade from it’s predecessor (M-class,) with it’s stylish bodywork concealing a very spacious boot, and with the overall revised improvement making it nicer and more efficient to drive. In comfort the Mercedes GLE is very giving, with it’s ample head and legroom it can easily see to four full grown adults for long trips and five for short trips. And the GLE’s vast dimensions mean that space in no problem. In style the Mercedes GLE, obviously offers the trademark bodywork of any Mercedes SUV, but even with it’s modest curvature and subtleness it still manages to uphold a very spacious boot capacity. Also with the option of upgrading to AMG Line finishing on the interior and exterior it makes it an extremely nice car to look at. The boot space of the GLE makes it a very diverse vehicle indeed, with its initial spacious 690 litres of boot capacity it becomes a highly usable and efficient storage space, and even more so when the back seats are folded, in fact it opens up to a whopping 2,126 litre load bay when all back seats are stowed.

Land Rover Discovery
The behemoth that is the Land Rover Discovery packs a whopping storage space and is ideal for roaming both off and on road, but the boxy type structure that is innovated in the Sport version of the vehicle, can sometimes restrict the stylistic elements of the car. In comfort it really takes care of passengers, coinciding with the boxy dimensions of the car it provides all passengers with an appropriate amount of legroom and headroom. But due to the expected wallowy handling, you can definitely agree that even though it may not be a relaxing car to handle overall, it still packs punch, ensuring a fun ride for all. The style of the Discovery stays true to being an almighty adventure car, but when considering some modern features that are in the discovery, it lacks compared to other SUV’s on the market. With this being said, you can always rely on the Land Rover Discovery being a vehicle of the great outdoors, which depending on your taste, you could see it as a must have for the great explorer. When it comes to boot space the Land Rover Discovery is second to none, with an epic capacity of 1,124 litres in initial boot capacity, it really ensures that it can hold whatever you have to throw at it, whether it be luggage, sports equipment or anything else you might need. It also offers an additional 136 litres of storage space if you are carrying shorter passengers or children. Although it may not be a very diverse vehicle in terms of storage, is definitely at the top when it comes to readily available storage space.
