Failure to maintain payments may result in termination of your agreement and the vehicle being returned, this could affect your credit rating and make it more difficult to obtain credit in the future. NOTE: The Benefit in Kind tax values quoted are based on tax legislation and rates as well as published vehicle information applicable at the time of quotation and may be subject to change. They do NOT include the additional Benefit in Kind of private mileage being paid by the employer. If you receive this additional Benefit in Kind the tax liability will increase. Further guidance can be obtained from the HMRC website.
